The STARTING DAYS of holidays vary and are shown against each property entry. These might be flexible in low and sometimes mid season.
Please TELEPHONE first. It is often easier to find a property best suited to your needs after a brief conversation as all of our staff have a detailed knowledge of our properties. Please state any special requirements, such as limited mobility or other medical conditions.
PROVISIONAL BOOKINGS can be taken over the phone or internet and held for a maximum of five days.
BOOKING
FORM Please print, complete and return with your deposit, cancellation scheme premium and booking fee. If you are booking within 56 days of your holiday, you will need to send full payment.
Please note: Alternatively
bookings can be made over the telephone. All
telephone bookings paid for by credit/debit
card, whether deposits or balance
payments, are subject to 'Conditions
of Hire' (see Clause One).
CONFIRMATION of your booking will be sent to you on receipt of your booking form and deposit. This will show your booking reference number, the balance payment due for your holiday and the date by which it must be paid (56 days prior to arrival).
TRAVEL INSTRUCTIONS, KEY COLLECTION AND ACCESS to the property will be sent on receipt of your final payment.
SECURITY DEPOSITS at the discretion of the owner or agent, may be required with some bookings (particularly non-family or large group bookings). This is payable 14 days prior to the holiday and refunded within 14 days of the completion date of the holiday.
PAYMENT cheques should be made payable to
Dartmouth Holiday Homes. Payment can also be made by debit or credit card but a surcharge of 2% is made on balance payments.
No surcharge applies to deposit payments nor to balance payments made by cheque.
NON UK RESIDENTS are asked to make full payment at the time of booking. All payments must be in Sterling or by Credit Card.

of Hire and more
complete details are here.
If tenants require wider cover they are advised to arrange this themselves. In this event no reduction in rental costs can be given.This scheme does not extend to
overseas visitors who are advised
to make their own cancellation
cover arrangements.
