Built around the mid 1800's and retaining some of the original features, and now furnished in a modern style with clean, crisp lines to make for simple, elegant living. The house is semi-detached, stands in a commanding position on the hillside overlooking the main valley of Dartmouth, and is within 4/5 minutes easy level walk to the town centre.
Steep steps upto Front door: Large open plan Sitting/Dining Room/Kitchen: polished wood flooring throughout. Kitchen Area: contemporary style free-standing units with beech-block surfaces. SMEG combined gas/electric cooker (gas hob, double fan ovens and grill), dishwasher, microwave, large pull-out peninsula unit/chopping block, retro-style fridge/freezer.
