York House Apartment 2

A second floor apartment in a Grade II listed property located in the very centre of the town. The building is a Dartmouth landmark which overlooks the 'Boat Float' and is a Victorian reproduction of a medieval building with part timbered facade. The apartment is maintained to a very high standard and has exceptional 180 degree views up and down the river and to Kingswear on the other side of the harbour.

Communal stairs (42 steps) to Second Floor. Door to Hallway. Sitting/Dining Room: TV,DVD, feature gas fire, doors to balconies to front and side. Fabulous views over the town, river and Kingswear.
