We appreciate that some tenants will only stay in such properties and we additionally market these separately on the dedicated website. The properties? have additional facilities, such as catering and hairdressing, are made available to tenants.

These luxury properties are large and small and are not necessarily the most expensive.

How much income might be expected?

Obviously this is dependent upon many factors and although we might be able to take a guess, based upon information provided by you, a visit to the property at an early stage is essential. We are happy to do this, free of charge and without obligation.

Situation, parking, views and outside area have a major bearing upon the amount of rent charged and number of weeks let. Acceptance of pets will enable a small increase in rent but might result in a major increase in number of weeks.Provision of linen is not essential unless the property is highly priced as there are good hire facilities available in Dartmouth.

Owners also need to consider whether they will allow short breaks or reductions for a limited number of occupants. Gas, oil and electricity are invariably included in rents.
