If payment is not received in full on time, we can treat your booking as cancelled by you for a non-refundable reason. The River House is an absolutely stunning architecturally designed five-bedroomed detached house, built directly into the river wall in the beautiful sailing town of Dartmouth. This piece of art has won numerous architects awards and was built using glass and steel, inspired by the inside of a super yacht, designed to simply ooze luxury. The living area is a mixture of ultra-modern polished concrete alongside French oak flooring, whatever your taste this property is undeniably stylish. Alongside the living area and kitchen/dining room is an outside terrace with glass balcony overlooking the river, perfect for al-fresco dining. The garden area is beautifully designed with various plants and trees. There is a small decked bridge with ponds either side with a water feature and garden furniture.
